Hey......I need some help......I downloaded windows media 10 and I am running XP.....I had system restore turned off at the time....I cannot run things off of the internet and sometimes I cant run things from my computer......I tried deleting it but it will not let me....I tried reverting back to windows media 9 but it wont do it.....I need help.....at the very least can someone tell me how to get it off my system so I can download  9 again.....Because right now I cant even download the previous version.....Thanks
