i installed media player 10 on my Pc and now every time i try to play the song its crashes, does any one know i can i delete the player and install version 9

I tried this but to no avail.......I have reloaded  windows media and have tried to delete it but I still have a problem where I get this code error. When I had 9 it worked fine.....I also checked to see if I needed any updates but I did not......Does anybody have any idea on how to get rid of 10....I would be grateful if anyone could give me any help.  Also, my system restore was off so that cant help me Im afraid.

to remove use system restore.

wmp10 works fine, maybe you should check your sound drivers, and video drivers for updates.
