4 sum strange reason resently i have been gettin a error message saying "Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shutdown." I click okey and the my computer icon on my desktop and the start bar at the bottom of the screen disapears, and my computer freezes!!! this is very annoyin does anybody know anything that will help me???
