I checked my Office XP (English) and after u install u can change the Language Preferences (even perhaps during installation) to Dutch.
In start menu -> Office Tools -> Language Settings

| If you can't find it on the M$site, you can alway try http://www.officexp.nu/ I updated my Office 2002 there. Hope this helps.
